Tell me a little about you and your company.

According to Vitaly Istrata, director of business development for Russia’s largest agency, the company’s production is higher than 35 percent, according to Nielsen data last year.

Will e-cigarettes be restricted after September? Or limit the taste?

In fact, we are still skeptical about prohibition, because the solution to the problem is invalid through prohibition. But the ban only targets and protects young people, and can help smokers avoid all channels to buy fake goods that are harmful to their health. That’s why we had the New Deal in the first place. Before the normal channel of goods and prices there is little difference in price, although there are many people to support genuine products, but after all, the interest rate of electronic cigarette products in Russia is very unstable. If the e-cigarette market is transparent and regulated, it will largely satisfy consumers and market participants. To protect the interests of consumers and provide them with safe and high-quality products, so in fact the ban is right.

The reason so many of us oppose the ban is because so many people think it will restrict them from smoking. Most people in the suburbs are smokers. However, cigarettes can not be used anytime and anywhere, such as hospitals and other places, but e-cigarettes are allowed.

How are you adapting to these new policies? What if some flavors are banned?

It is impossible to answer these related questions at the moment, because we still hope that the state and the authorities will not take such drastic measures, because this is a growing industry, but if the ban is banned and the state does take drastic measures, we will produce a compliant product to replace the non-compliant one. Adjust the products sold.
